IMPORTANT: Brilovedgems does not accept returns or exchanges on all jewelry, hair accessories, and lashes for sanitary reasons. 

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please use the 'Contact' page to submit an order inquiry with your name and order # within 48 hrs of delivery.  

Return to Sender and Refused Orders

Once your order has been placed, Brilovedgems is unable to make changes to your delivery address.  To receive all purchases, please ensure that your name and full address is correct.

In the event, that your address is a) invalid or missing information, b) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, c) the order is refused by customer at the time of delivery, your package will be restocked, and you will be refunded minus the initial shipping charge. 

Brilovedgems does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the name and address are submitted incorrectly.
